Garlic

Whole pieces of peeled garlic often tossed onto the Korean BBQ alongside meat or sliced thinly and eaten raw. Adds flavour to the meat as well as providing a tasty addition when wrapped up alongside Korean BBQ meat inside a lettuce or Korean perilla leaf.
